Upload your digital photos to www.FotoTrix.com and add special effects, borders, frames and fun layouts (1,000 photofun templates). Make fake magazine covers, calendars, sports/collector cards, posters, love messages, photocards and so much more!
I very much like this use of the trading card generator. The only problem, in the real world, printing them would be so darned expensive. Do you think they could be traded online?
Image generators ARE fun to play with, and I have used to make interesting powerpoint slides.
I hope you're ignoring that first comment from an obviously "nice guy" but really just an advertising ploy. Bibliofan has a realistic point about printing costs, but I like your application of the trading cards as a different form of a "Recommended Reads" list ...
Hammock Reader, nice job on your 23 Things projects. I'm just beginning and selected you as my first comment because of the "hammock" title. I love the trading card you created and wonder if I could make a card listing books on specific topics and blow it up as a poster on our poster maker. It would only be in one color or b/w, but I would only need one instead of many. Something to try in the fall. Enjoy the hammocks, Media Mavenlskubl
I love reading in my hammocks; I have two, one for each side of the house as the sun travels. I read there summer, but winter as well, with my down blanket, woolen mittens and a hot cup of tea.
Technology doesn't come intuitively to me. My son is tech. saavy and can't fathom how I get where I do when I'm online and need rescuing. Nor can he understand why I can't do the simplest thing. For example, it took me three hours to get this blog set up. I'd much rather be reading... While I am going to give 2.0 a chance, I am also going to assume the role of tech. curmudgeon.
